Pastor Tom has been our Senior Pastor since the church was constituted on June 1, 1994. He was pastor of Bay Area Baptist Church, one of the two churches that merged to give birth to Carrollwood Baptist Church. Prior to that, Pastor Tom served churches in Tennessee, Texas and Florida. He attended Southwestern College (Rhodes College), Memphis State University (University of Memphis) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas.

He and his wife Dianne have been married for 35 years. Their son T.J. and his wife Jennifer are members of Carrollwood Baptist; their daughter Ashley and her husband Brian live in Seattle, WA. Pastor Tom has served our Tampa Bay Baptist Association as Moderator and our Florida Baptist Convention as a member of the State Board of Missions.

As his alter ego, KoKoMo the Clown, he has traveled across our Southern Baptist Convention and on the international mission field sharing Jesus Christ through this unique ministry. Pastor Tom is known by his clown character, his distinctive Southern accent, his down home humor and most importantly by his love for people, especially our children.

Pastor Bill became our Minister of Education in November of 2003.  Brought up in the mission fields of Africa (Kenya and Zimbabwe), Bill graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a degree in Religious Education education.  Bill has served churches in Florida, Georgia and Alabama.

He and Susan have one daughter, Heather, who is currently continuing her studies at the Baptist College of Florida in Graceville. Pastor Bill is responsible for the Education and Senior Adult ministries and you will find him behind the scenes in so areas of our church ministries.
